學術簡介

葉鷺鳴博士現為通識教育基礎課程講師。於香港中文大學藥理學系取得哲學博士後,她一直從事教學及研究工作。葉博士相信內在的動機是自主學習者需要具備的要素;因此,老師的角色,就是誘發、維持和增強學生與生俱來的內在動機。此外,她感興趣的研究範疇包括醫學教育和同儕學習,特別是醫學課程的評估、問題導向學習、病人作為培訓醫生和病人關係的合作夥伴和同儕學習。目前,她的研究重點為同儕輔學的評估、同儕輔學作為閱讀研討會、同儕輔學的最佳實踐方案、蘇格拉底式的對問方法在同儕輔學中的應用以及線上同儕輔學的實施和評估。她是經過認證的同儕輔學以及輔助教學的導師。自2016年,她兩次獲得教學發展及語文培訓補助金的撥款。於2021年,她所屬的同儕輔學團隊,獲頒博文教學獎。
