Sandy Hoi is a lecturer in Office of University General Education at CUHK. She has been teaching In Dialogue with Nature since 2012, trying to engage students in the dialogue with science classics. She has studied on students’ science anxiety towards the course since 2016 and has been interested in developing experiential learning schemes about mindfulness for students taking both general education foundation courses. Her favourite way of practicing mindfulness is to brew and enjoy a cup of tea after flowers arrangement.
